Harrison Ford in Wellington is proud to serve Ohio's Ford Employees, their Families, their Friends and the suppliers of the Auto Industry by honoring A, X, Z and D plan pricing on new Ford vehicles. These programs are exlusively available to Ford employees, their family memeber, the friends they wish to share their benefits with and some Auto Industry suppliers. To learn more about how these programs work, who is eligible, and how to apply, Harrison Ford has assembled this helpful guide which explains how A-Plan, Z-Plan, X-Plan and D-Plan pricing works. What is an A, X, Z or D-Plan?
Ford AZXD-Plans are only available to select individuals (to check eligibility see below) through Ford Motor Company and offer exclusive savings not available to the general public on most new Ford vehicles. These Plans are for major pricing discounts, are in addition to manufacturer rebates, and supercede in-house dealer discounts. If you have one of these plans, you know you will be getting your best price on your Ford car, truck or SUV as it will stay consistent from dealer to dealer. With an AXZD-Plan, Ford prohibits a dealer from selling below the plan's discounted price.
So What's the Difference?
The difference between A, X, Z & D plan is answered in who qualifies. To put it simply:
- A & Z-Plan: A-plan and Z-plan are the same - they offer the largest pricing discounts from Ford and are only available to Ford employees and their immediate family members. The difference between the A and the Z, is that A is for current Ford workers, while Z is for retired Ford workers.
- X-Plan: X-plan comes in two iterations. The first is X-plan Friends & Neighbors; this plan is available to sponsored friends of a Ford employee's choosing. The sponsoring Ford employee/retiree must generate the pin number for the individual to claim the discount. The second, is X-plan Partners. X-Plan Partners is available to some partner companies that Ford does business with, such as suppliers, fleets, etc. If you think this may describe the company you work with, check with your employer to see if you may be eligible for X-Plan Partners program. If you are, your company can genreate a pin-number for you.
- D-Plan: D-Plan is available for full-time employees of Ford dealerships and their immediate family members only.
How Does it Work?
To claim a plan, a pin number must be generated through Ford by the plan sponsor and given to your Ford dealer at the time of purchase with any required supporting documentation. The savings are instant.

- Retired hourly and salaried Ford Motor Company employees
- Spouse (including surviving spouse of retired Ford Employees)
- Parents and Spouse's Parents
- Sons and daughters (including in-laws and step children)
- Grandchildren
- Aunts and Uncles (including birth, in-laws, half and step)
- Nieces and Nephews (including birth, in-laws, half and step)
- Same-Sex Domestic Partner
- Must be of family relationship via birth, adoption, or marriage or same-sex domestic partner
Who Is Eligible?
An eligible Ford employee, retiree/surviving spouse of retiree may sponsor up to 4 (four) X-Plan PINs per calendar year to be used toward the purchase/lease of a new Ford vehicle for a friend or neighbor of their chosing.
- Selected individuals sponsored by an employee or retiree of Ford Motor Company.
Who Is Eligible?
An eligible Partner Recognition employee or retiree may generate up to 2 (two) PINs per calendar year to be used toward the purchase/lease of a new Ford vehicle for themselves or members of their households:
- Employees and retirees of eligible partner companies, such as suppliers, fleets, etc., of Ford Motor Company (check with your company of employment to see if Ford's X-Plan Partner Recognition Program is available to you)
- Residents who live in the same household as those employees/retirees listed above (driver's license required for proof of residency)

An eligible Ford Dealership employee may generate up to 2 (two) PINS per calendar year to be used toward the purchase/lease of a new Ford vehicle for themselves or an eligible family member.
